Salary

It is free to be right, but it is often linked with cost to be proved right !

We believe that transparency concerning fees and salary promotes a sound relationship between lawyers and clients. Our salary is calculated according to the circumstances of the case and the time spent:

• Partners’ fees : DKK 2,400 -3,000 per hour
• Senior associates’ fees: DKK 2,000 -2,400 per hour
• Associates’ fees: DKK 1,400 -1,800 per hour

VAT of presently 25 % is added to the hourly rates. Often foreign clients may be exempt from VAT. We investigate this in each case and inform our clients hereof.

For advising private individuals and consumers we always try to provide a total estimate of the fee.

We reserve the right to carry out an annual adjustment of the fees, each year on 1 January.

Cases are usually settled on account at the end of the month or quarter.

Deposit:

Regardless of the character of the case we require a deposit at the start of the case. A deposit is always required for first time clients as well as clients without business premises in Denmark.
